Refund & Cancellation Policy

How trials, billing, cancellation, refunds and disputes work. This policy complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. 7-day free trial (card required)

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is collected up front when you start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period. You have full access for those 7 days.

2. Automatic charge after the trial

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged the plan price (Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual as selected). Renewals continue automatically at the same interval until you cancel.

3. How to cancel before the trial ends

You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Cancel from your Account page (Manage Billing) or by emailing support@v7algolabs.com before your trial end date. Cancelling during the trial stops any charge.

4. Cancelling a paid subscription

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

5. Refund requests

To request a refund, email support@v7algolabs.com with your account email and the charge date. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Because this is a digital information service delivered immediately, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

6. No guaranteed trading results

V7 Algo Labs provides educational, model-based market signals. We do not guarantee any trading outcome, profit, or performance. A refund will not be issued on the basis of trading losses or signal performance — see the risk disclaimer below.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We retain billing records and access logs as evidence for dispute resolution.
